Critical Stress Management consists of two intervention measures catalogues. The crisis-interventions themselves are summed up in the measures 2 til 5. They differ on the amount on people involved and the time passed between the event and the intervention.

Measures 1, 6, 7 and 8 describe prevention, organizational support and follow up of crisis interventions.
As soon as all 8 levels have been realized and all necessary resources are charged with it is called a fully functional CISM-Organization.

During 2006 our CISM-teams were called after 137 incidents. 200 interventions measures were necessary. Additionally 315 individual debriefungs took place.
